Each car you add to stock in a calendar month, trade-ins included. Enquiries, sales and cars already in stock don't count, so a good month for leads never costs you more.
Nothing stops. You keep adding cars and we never block a deal. If you're over for two months running, we'll ask you to move up a plan.
Not yet. Carsales, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are on the roadmap. Today your listings follow the stock record and publish through a feed to your own website.
Stock, sales, contacts and enquiries come across by CSV. There's a template for anything that doesn't match, and re-running an import updates records instead of doubling them.
Yes. Sales, bills, payments, trade-ins and credit notes go to Xero, and changes in Xero come back.
Yes. Wholesalers get their own workspace with a trade desk: trade stock, offers and trade buyers, plus a dealings register and trade partner reports.
All eight states and territories have their forms in YardShark, printed from the car and the sale.
YardShark runs in your browser, and photo intake is built for your phone: scan the QR code, shoot the car, finish the record on the desktop.
Your database and backups are in Sydney. Some services we rely on, such as Cloudflare for delivery and Xero if you connect it, also operate outside Australia.
We'll walk you through YardShark with stock like yours and show you what your numbers would look like.
