Leaving Virtual Yard, EasyCars or a spreadsheet?

Moving yards is the part everyone dreads. Here's what it actually involves.

  1. Step 1

    Export what you have

Stock, sales, contacts and enquiries from your current system or spreadsheet. A CSV is all it takes.

  2. Step 2

    Import by CSV

From Settings. YardShark matches the common column names, and there's a template if your export doesn't line up.

  3. Step 3

    Run it side by side

Check it against your old system for as long as you need, with your team on the new one.

  4. Step 4

Top it up on changeover day

Run the import again. It updates records rather than doubling them, so a last top-up is safe.

There’s no direct Virtual Yard connector yet. The move runs on CSV exports.
