Here's what protects it, in plain English.

Walled off in the database: Row-level security on every table. One dealer can't see another's data, and the database enforces that, not just the app.
Database in Sydney: Your database and backups sit in Sydney and are encrypted at rest. Files are encrypted at rest too.
Connections locked down: Xero and Google tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and every connection runs over TLS.
Someone leaves, access goes: Deactivate a user and their sessions end on the spot.
Costs can't be rewritten: The cost ledger only adds. A mistake gets a reversal, so nobody quietly tidies a margin.
Private means private: Team messages are readable only by the people in the conversation. Not admins, and not us.
Who can see the money: Costs and margins can be hidden by role, and record access can be limited to a person's own, their yard's or everyone's.
A record of what staff do: When our staff act in the system their actions are logged, and records keep a history of changes.
Checked on every release: Dependency audits, static analysis and secret scanning run on every change, and a failure stops the deploy.

Some services we rely on, such as Cloudflare for delivery and Xero if you connect it, also operate outside Australia. Photo intake sends your photos to Anthropic so Claude can read them. Ask us anything else on your test drive.
